Livable Counties of Oneida County is a collaborative initiative of Oneida County, the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties, and 50 Forward Mohawk Valley.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee includes representatives from Oneida County Departments of Family & Community Services, Planning, Health, Mental Health, and Office of Aging and Continuing Care; the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties; 50 Forward Mohawk Valley; and Utica University.
Work Groups
The Work Groups for each domain of livability include representatives from government departments, municipalities, and organizations as well as experts and community members.
Community Work Group
We invite older adult residents of Oneida County to serve in the Community Work Group which provides input to the Livable Communities of Oneida County initiative.
